The hotel's location provided easy access to transportation. i found many restaurants nearby offering various cuisines. breakfast included fresh fruits, dried fruits, and a selection of meats. The bread basket was satisfying. i found the nearby market and gold souk easily walkable.
the hotel's room carpets emitted an unpleasant odor . they require thorough cleaning or replacement. this issue slightly detracted from the overall experience.

the staff were very friendly on check-in. they were helpful during my brief stay for information. i liked the very handy location nearer the airport.
i booked 2 separated beds. they gave us only one king bed room. they said it was not their problem.

the hotel has a pool area with around 15 sun loungers and parasols. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a business center with computers and printers available to use.

The staff was cute and friendly. The location proved to be convenient for shopping. I appreciated the excellent service.. the staff consistently welcomed us with genuine smiles. The housekeeper impressed us by folding the bed linen into a different style each day. It seemed like a personalized thank you.
The room had a creek view, great. sometimes the noise from the nearby street was noticeable, especially during peak hours. A bit more soundproofing would improve the experience.

Food was excellent, and we often chose to dine in the hotel rather than eat out. The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options, with fresh fruits and pastries available daily. the service was very attentive.

Every staff member welcomed us with excellent service and a genuine smile. The front desk staff were quick with check-in and information, and the concierge assisted efficiently with directions, transport and suggestions.

Our room had a premium creek view. It included a comfortable king bed with crisp linen and plush pillows. We enjoyed the private balcony as a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
